Don’t Visit the Louvre to See the “Mona Lisa”
On July 6, 2019, Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa painting was displayed at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France. The Mona Lisa may be the World’s most famous painting, but it’s also little, housed behind bulletproof glass, and people must cluster behind barricades that keep them a yard away.
Visit the Musée d’Orsay in Paris
Instead than fighting the crowds, visit the Musée d’Orsay, which has 34 Manets, 56 Cézannes, 86 Monets, and 24 van Goghs. On the other hand, the Louver features four paintings by well-known painters.
